hmm yes i do approve of gender neutral toilets, if it’s in some kind of space like a university where you’re guaranteed to get a wide cross section of people. toilets specifically for transgender people seems too much like segragation for me but if people want them then they should go for it mmm. i remember readin an article where there was a big hoo haa over gender neutral toilets but it was only cause people hadn’t been consulted mmm i’m out of space mmm

of course, i did think about that when i found out about it..most trans people would rather people not find out about that, but i think it’s more of a genderless bathroom, as in anyone at all can use it, not specifically trans people eg, a father could take his daughter to the toilet etc.. but i think it’s good for trans people early in their transition when they’re not passing fully, and would have a hard time going into either the male or female bathroom [:
I would find it annoying, as a transman, I prefer people to think of me as a regular guy. so I use the regular guy toilets, if I were to use the transgender toilets, people would know!
But it’s great that trans people can have the choice I guess.

properly live and be seen by other people as their correct gender. the situation with trans bathrooms, is that, imagine how intimidating it must be if you weren’t passing 100% and say a transguy, went into the male bathroom with other guys giving him really strange looks because he looked slightly female, and vice versa with transwomen. it creates a safer place for trans people, they can go to the bathroom feeling comfortable without having to worry if they’ll pass or not. hope i helped :]
no, you have it completely wrong aha, trans people are proud of who they are, but the problem is that they were born in the wrong body, and who they are is whats inside their head, and their body doesn’t match up. they’re not changing genders, they’re just altering their body to appear more like their gender (opposite from their biological ***). they were born a gender, you cant change that, but some peoples bodies dont match up with their gender, so they choose to change it so that they can
dont hava prob w/ the trans gender bathrooms, but im kind of confused.i hear a lot of this *** and proud stuff and 2 be proud of what you are. so why is that some transgenders feel they need a seperate bathroom? And in the first place ” changing your gender” is kinda showin ppl that youre not proud of who you are. I dont believe you can change your gender. you was already who you was b4 u got here. no matter wat you cut off or what plastic sergery you use your still the gender you was born as.
