When I turn hot on all the way I get very low flow but has good flow,this is at the spout before I swtch to shower,It is at both my bathrooms also the sink flow is good on both hot and cold.

The attic is vetilated. These like this in the summer and winter no matter if it’s hot or cold in the attic.
