   This product arrived as described. I had a problem with one of the two I ordered not arriving at all, but when I called Customer Service they were incredibly helpful. I would buy from them again for the sheer fact that they were so helpful.

   Neu Home Acrylic 3-bar towel rack with bottom shelf: Not hard to put together. Sturdy. Acrylic bars keep wet towels off chrome. Bottom shelf keep longer towels from dragging on the floor.

   This towel bar is an excellent addition to my small bathroom. It holds two large bath towels without having them drag on the bottom, and the angled chrome looks nice. The bottom shelf would not be usable unless you were hanging hand towels, but for me that was not a detraction, as I wasn’t looking for storage. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of the plastic feet was difficult to put on, and the towel bar was unbalanced when we did finally put it on. I was going to return it to the seller, but my boyfriend fixed it somehow, and now all is well.
