I bought this product because my wife is handicapped and she’d needed help washing up after using the toilet. This does an excellant job and it was easy to assemble. Customer service was also extremely helpful, I recommend this company and product.

This bidet has been the best addition to my life in terms of personal hygiene! It’s amazing, and I love that it has cut down on toilet paper usage. I just feel so clean. I really don’t understand why they aren’t a staple in American households. Also, I highly recommend purchasing this bidet if you have hemmorhoids. What a difference it makes! I haven’t gotten around to hooking up the warm water yet but even with the cool water only, I’d give this product a 5 out of 5 stars.

My first impression taking it out of the box was that it’s cheap, lightweight plastic. I’m not sure that I’m wrong but whether or not it will last (which is always my concern with cheap, lightweight plastic), only time will tell.
Installation was a breeze. Everything you need is in the box except a wrench and a razor or scissors. The instructions are straight forward enough with a single picture. All in all I had it up and running in about 20 minutes.
I’ve..erm…used it a few times since I installed it. Getting the flow correct so you don’t pressure wash your bum takes a bit of getting used to but once you figure out where to adjust the **** you’re good to go.
Build quality aside, it’s not absurdly expensive, it’s simple to install and operate and it works. I’ve already talked about it with friends of mine and will probably purchase another to go on my other toilet sometime in the future.

This is our first bidet and a good starter bidet. Looking forward to possibly getting one with more features. This offers a steady stream of water. Would like to try one with different water patterns. Thanks for all the advice on turning the pressure **** very slowly. Ours was hooked up to the hot and cold water by a plumber since we are not DIY people. Plus, the adaptor that came with it did not fit and the faucet connection had to be changed. The water still only gets but so hot (more like lukewarm) when put on maximum temp. I don’t know if an electric one would provide warmer water or not. Don’t think I would want to use with just the cold water hookup. Overall, its good for the price. Had it about 2 months. No problems yet.
