Impossible to answer your question. There are way too many factors involved, are fixtures to be moved, added. Is the shower a single head or more. Does the plumbing vent need to be moved or added( commonly missed out in reno’s) Are these bathrooms 3 piece or 4 piece or ? Does it include new appliances or ? New flooring, is it tiles? What about the heating, is it in floor heating, are your vents switched or are they motion sensor? Are you installing heated mirrors and heated towel racks? I won’t even start on the Kitchen….
