The table top seems to be okay, although the leaves and main part of the table do not line up perfectly. The table base came with a damaged piece of wood that had been repaired with wood glue to try to pass it off as perfect.

I had trouble finding a ‘wood’ kitchen table until I saw this one. Most of the local retailers only stock dark table sets. The packages arrived on time and with no damage. Instructions were clear and concise and the pre-drilled wood fit together easily. My only gripe is the tool provided. Ended up using my own socket wrench to assemble the set and am sure that I saved several hours of labor. The stain was light as I had imagined, and beautifully matched the floor and kitchen cabinets. The chairs are stable and comfortable. I highly recommend this set to anyone who wants a nice ‘wood’ table that is light and smart. Good job!

The drop leaf part of the table is large…when 1 leaf is folded down, the table is almost 1/2 as wide.
Both leaves can fold down for convenient storage.
Assembly is easy.
My only gripe is that the floor protectors in the bottom of the chairs are white and leave white marks (albeit easy to clean) on my Pergo flooring. I recommend replacing them with a thick felt based pad you can get from local hardware stores.
If you are looking for high quality, heavy table that will last for 50 years, this is not it. If you want something inexpensive and space conscience, you have found your product.
