THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR SHIPPING WHEN I HAD SENT AN E-MAIL SAYING I DID NOT WANT EXPEDITED SHIPPING. I HAVE SENT 6 E-MAILS ASKING THEM TO CORRECT THIS AND HAVE RECEIVED 3 FORM LETTERS TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL REPLY WITHIN 72 HOURS. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE MAY14. I’M STILL WAITING!
