Product was to be received within a certain 3 day period but when I called to find out more about it they told me it was on backorder so I had it cancelled because I needed it ASAP.

Does what’s it’s supposed to, comes assembled, sturdy, strong, smooth transaction, fairly fast ship time. No problems here. Drains well.

The handles seem less strong than I expected and so rising can be a bit trickier. Other than that, the bench works great and is quite comfortable.

I bought this product for my 88 year old mother who is not able to assemble items such as this. This looked great because it is advertised to arrive fully assembled; just take it out of the box an use it. The shipping was very high for this feature, but it would have been worth it. The problem is that it arrived unassembled. A friend attempted to assemble it, but it was defective (the legs were wiggly and there is no way it would have supported 400 lbs). I was offered 25% off to keep it, but declined and requested a fully assembled, non-defective product. I was assured this would happen. The new one arrived quickly, but was also not assembled. I requested a refund and 2 return mailing labels and was told I would receive it. I did get the refund, including shipping, very quickly, but have not received the mailing labels. I was told that the company would request a UPS pick-up, and that hasn’t happened either. So, now my mother has 2 defective products cluttering up her life while we await the solution. They were very quick with the customer service, but unable to deliver what they advertise. This whole venture was a waste of time and we still don’t have the bench my mother needs, only the worry of what to do with the defective products.
